In cause number 14-07-01096-CV, Baylor brings an interlocutory appeal from the trial courts December 6, 2007 order denying Baylors motion to dismiss based on the asserted inadequacy of the amended expert report served by Pokluda after the trial court granted a 30-day extension to cure a deficiency in the original report. We dismiss Baylors interlocutory appeal in cause number 14-07-00962-CV for lack of jurisdiction. We affirm the trial courts order in cause number 14-07-01096-CV.
